The 2024 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards nominees have been officially announced by Merqury Republic, with DJ Vyrusky leading the pack with six nominations. This year’s edition reflects creative excellence across the entertainment industry, celebrating DJs who have made significant impacts. Powered by Smirnoff, the 12th edition of Africa’s Biggest DJ Night will air live on Joy Prime TV on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 8 PM. The event will be held at the Palms Convention Centre.
The nominations span across multiple categories, such as DJ of the Year, Artiste DJ of the Year, Discovery of the Year, and more. Notably, DJ Vyrusky is nominated in the top categories, including DJ of the Year and Artiste DJ of the Year, alongside industry heavyweights like DJ Lord, DJ Loft, and DJ Millzy. The categories also recognize regional talents with nominations for Best DJ in Ashanti, Greater Accra, Northern, and Western regions.
