Winneba Sports College is gearing up to host the Hope High Performance Training Camp, a groundbreaking initiative designed to inspire and nurture Ghana’s aspiring young tennis players.

Scheduled from August 15th to 30th, 2024, the college will be the hub of tennis activity, showcasing the skills of the top two players from each category of the Hope Junior National Ranking.

The talented lineup includes Angel Bagerbaseh, Philips Kotey, Lisel Ampah, Christabel Aduafo Collins, Jeff Frimpong, Michael Asakinaba, Edward Donkor, and Isaac Akuako.

The camp is a culmination of the Hope Tennis Clinic, which recently took place at the Accra Sports Stadium, where Hope Performance Tennis International donated tennis equipment to local tennis clubs.

Leading the training are experienced coaches Yahya Macauley and Charles.

According to Enoch Godi, founder of Hope Performance Tennis, the initiative aims to provide top-tier training and opportunities for Ghana’s promising tennis youth, helping to discover the country’s future tennis stars.
