The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) and PUMA have unveiled the official match ball for the highly anticipated TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2024 Final just before the kick-off on Friday, 27 September 2024 at 21h00 Local Time (18h00 GMT).

The special edition of “OLA”, originally launched during the last interclub finals, is a mix of black and gold, representing power and sophistication. The ball will be the centrepiece of the eagerly-awaited match between the two giants of African football.

The TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2024 will see the reigning TotalEnergies CAF Champions League winners, Al Ahly SC, face off against their historic rivals, Zamalek SC, the current holders of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup.

Symbolizing the dynamic and energetic nature of African football, the OLA ball stands out with its vibrant design and cultural significance. “OLA” means “wealth,” “honour,” and “respect” in Yoruba and “rise” and “success” in Arabic.

This bespoke edition for the TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup 2024 Final is crafted to deliver optimal performance, ensuring that the players can showcase their best on the grand stage of the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

CAF’s partnership with PUMA continues to celebrate African football through innovative and symbolic designs like the OLA match ball, which will be available for fans to purchase on the CAF Online Store.
