In a recent interview on 3FM’s Drive show, Ghanaian musician Beeztrap KOTM revealed a surprising alternate career path: becoming a pastor. “If I don’t become a musician, I would have become a pastor,” he shared, adding that he envisions combining music and ministry in the future. Beeztrap expressed his belief that preaching and performing music can complement each other.
The artist, best known for his hit song “Yesu,” also hinted at his openness to perform for any political party, as long as the compensation is substantial. “I wouldn’t mind working with them,” he said, mentioning he hasn’t yet been approached by any party for Ghana’s upcoming December 7 elections.
Reflecting on his recent collaborations with music giants Sarkodie and Stonebwoy, Beeztrap described the experience as “a blessing.” He shared that Sarkodie reached out to him personally on Instagram, which led to their collaboration, while Stonebwoy’s connection came through his manager. For Beeztrap, the support of these icons marks a significant moment in his career trajectory.
