The Department of Social Welfare and Community Development of the Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly has received a boost in its efforts to improve social protection services.
The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection have presented two HP laptops to the department to support its operations.
This support is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the implementation of the Social Welfare Information Management System (SWIMS), Integrated Social Services, and the Child Protection Toolkit.
The laptops will enhance data management, improve efficiency, and promote effective service delivery to residents of Ablekuma Central.

The Assembly has expressed its sincere appreciation to the Ministries for their continued support in strengthening social protection services within the municipality. According to the assembly, the gesture is expected to have a positive impact on the lives of the people in the Ablekuma Central municipality.
