The Ablekuma Central Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Frank Nkansah, and Member of Parliament, Hon. Abdul Latif-Dan, on Wednesday, 10th December, 2025 inspected selected roads within the Adwenbu Electoral Area.
The inspection which forms part of the government’s Big Push project aimed to assess the condition of key routes and identify areas for improvement.
Hon. Abdul Latif-Dan assured constituents of improving the road networks, indicating the readiness of the government’s support to all Ghanaians. He also disclosed that measures have been outlined to ensure the constructions of the roads are completed on time.
As part of the visit, Hon. Nkansah engaged with residents and sensitized them on the importance of the upcoming works, emphasizing that the project would enhance accessibility, safety, and overall community development. The community expressed strong support for the initiative.
The John Dramani Mahama’s Big Push project is expected to bring significant improvements to the area, including the construction of an ultramodern market complex, a football Astroturf, school buildings, a health center, drainage systems, and mechanized boreholes.

These projects aim to improve the quality of life for residents and stimulate local economic growth within Ablekuma Central Constituency.
