The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) ladies hockey team got their Africa Cup for Club Championship campaign off to a winning start, defeating Lakers Hockey Club of Kenya 2-0 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Vivian Narkuor and Elizabeth Opoku scored the goals for GRA, with Narkuor earning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.

Narkuor’s first-half strike gave GRA the lead, and Opoku added a second goal to secure the win. This victory sets the tone for GRA’s title defense, having won the championship five times, including the last edition in 2025.
GRA’s strong performance is a testament to their dominance in African hockey and their preparation for the tournament. The team, led by Sports Director Ebenezer Frimpong, aims to bring home another trophy.
