Ghanaian hiplife sensation, Amerado, is set to perform live on stage at the highly anticipated Afro International Music Festival in Ada, Ghana. 

Scheduled for August 9-11, 2024, the event promises to be the biggest celebration of African music, culture, and artistry..

Amerado, known for his unique style and hit songs like “Obiaa Boa”, “Menpe”, “Dawgi”, “Kweku Ananse” and “Sika Dam”, has been making waves in the Ghanaian music industry. With his impressive career spanning over a decade, he has released several critically acclaimed albums and collaborated with top artists. The Afro International Music Festival is a significant event that showcases the rich cultural heritage and creative excellence of Africa. This year’s lineup includes Grammy-winning legends, rising stars, traditional music and dance troupes, and DJ sets from renowned selectors.

The Afro-island Tent is dedicated to Afrobeat, Caribbean, and Highlife music, and the Dance Tent will feature DJ sets and electronic music. The Cultural Tent will showcase traditional music, dance, and art from various African countries.

The festival also offers additional experiences, including a Food Court serving African cuisine, an Artisan Market showcasing handmade crafts and artwork, interactive workshops, and meet-and-greets with the artists. 

With over 5,000 sleeping tents available, attendees can experience an alternative sleeping experience while enjoying three days of non-stop music, dance, and art.
