Ghanaian musician D-Cryme has revealed he will not compose a song for any political party, even if offered a million-dollar deal. Speaking on UTV’s Atuu Show with Abeiku Santana, he emphasized that his music is for all Ghanaians, and he values integrity over financial gain.
“I am a Ghanaian, and I will not make a song for a party. I’m worth more than that,” D-Cryme confidently stated, adding that he considers himself a “quadruple, zillion-dollar artist.”
He further explained that while his collaborations involve significant numbers, his loyalty remains with the people of Ghana. Despite other musicians like Daddy Lumba composing for political campaigns, D-Cryme stands firm in his decision to remain neutral.
This stance highlights his commitment to staying true to his art and his audience, focusing on unity rather than political endorsements.
