Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay $100 million in a sexual assault lawsuit brought by an inmate, Derrick Lee Smith, who alleged that the incident occurred in 1997. Smith, currently serving a 75-year prison sentence, claimed the incident happened at a Detroit party hosted by Diddy, where he was drugged and assaulted. According to reports, the default judgment was issued because Combs did not appear in court.

The court mandated that Combs pay Smith $10 million monthly starting in October 2024. Combs’ legal team has strongly denied the allegations, accusing Smith of committing fraud. Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s attorney, stated, “This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator. His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison.”

The lawsuit is the latest legal challenge facing Diddy, who has been under scrutiny for other sexual assault allegations, including those made by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Although a prior lawsuit by Cassie was settled out of court, Combs has continued to deny all accusations against him.

This recent ruling has drawn public attention, raising further questions about Diddy’s legal battles and personal history.
