“unfortunately, earthquakes and tremors cannot be accurately forecasted with current scientific knowledge. – While seismic activity can be monitored, predicting the exact timing and location of an earthquake remains a complex challenge due to the dynamic nature of Earth’s crust. ” – Ghana Geological Survey Authority
Yes we know but you must collaborate with EPA and lands commission to educate people on why they shouldn’t buy land on fault zones

Even though earthquakes are relatively rare in Accra, it would be necessary for communities to have comprehensive emergency plans in place, including evacuation routes and designated safe zones. And also public awareness about earthquake preparedness through educational campaigns and drills can help minimise the impact of future tremors and ensure the safety of residents.
The incident serves as a reminder of the need for preparedness and effective response measures in the face of potential earthquakes, not just in Accra alone but also in other earthquake-prone areas of the country.
