Epiphany Warriors FC have made history by securing promotion to the top flight of women’s football in Ghana, the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League.

The team’s impressive performance in the recently ended Regional Championship saw them win all five games, scoring 17 goals and conceding just one.

Their final game against Mfantseman Royal Ladies on Friday afternoon ended in a convincing 3-1 win, maintaining their unbeaten status in the championship.

Epiphany Warriors FC amassed all 15 points available in the Southern Zone, ensuring their promotion to the 2024/25 season of the women’s premier league .

This achievement comes after a narrow miss last season, when they lost out to Jonina Ladies, who secured promotion and finished fifth in their maiden campaign.

Epiphany Warriors FC’s determination and hard work have paid off, and they are now set to take on the best teams in the country.
