The remains of the late former Member of Parliament for the Ningo-Prampram constituency, E.T. Mensah has been received in Ghana from South Africa.

It was conveyed to the morgue after a brief ceremony.

ET Mensah died aged 77 in South Africa, last week, after battling ill health for some time.

Enoch Teye Mensah (born 17 May 1946) was a Minister for Education and a Member of Parliament in Ghana from January 1997 till January 2017.

He was popularly referred to as ET Mensah and was married with seven children.

Prior to his demise, he was the Greater Accra Regional representative on the Council of State.
