A five-day certificate course in Sports Psychology has successfully ended at the National Sports College, Winneba.
Themed “Integrating Psychology in Sport Coaching for Performance Enhancement and Wellbeing”, the course brought together 37 participants from across the country.
Speaking at the closing ceremony on behalf of the Director of the College, the Technical Director, Mr. Emmanuel Appiah, commended the participants for their commitment and encouraged them to put the knowledge and skills acquired into practice for the development of sports in Ghana.
Participants, in turn, expressed their appreciation to the College for organizing the program and extended gratitude to the resource persons for the valuable insights shared.
The course was facilitated by Dr. Elvis Hagan and Dr. Medina Srem-Sai, who equipped participants with practical knowledge in sports psychology aimed at enhancing performance and promoting athlete wellbeing.
