Influencer Faces Felony Charges for Abusing Pet Chihuahua

A Florida-based social media influencer, Logan Guminski, has been arrested and charged for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with her pet Chihuahua and posting the video online.

According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), Major Crimes Detective Jordyn Batts led the investigation that resulted in Guminski’s arrest. She now faces two felony charges:
Sexual activity with an animal
Filming and distributing explicit content involving an animal

Investigation Uncovers Disturbing Evidence

Authorities launched an investigation in January 2025 after receiving an anonymous tip that Guminski had shared a video of the act on Instagram.

Detectives later found several photos and videos on her phone depicting similar acts. During questioning, Guminski admitted that she is a content creator who sells sexually explicit videos online. She also confessed to engaging in similar acts with another dog and selling a recording for $500.

Legal Proceedings and Bond Release

Guminski was arrested and booked into the Marion County Jail but was later released on a $10,000 bond on March 22, 2025. Her arraignment hearing is scheduled for April 22, 2025.

Despite her arrest, Guminski’s Instagram account remains active, where she frequently shares pictures cuddling her dogs. Just days before her arrest, on March 19, she posted a video introducing a new dog to her followers.

Authorities continue to investigate, and if convicted, Guminski could face serious legal consequences under Florida’s animal abuse laws.
