Former President of the Ghana Boxing Authority, Mr. Abraham Kotei Neequaye, has been appointed as a board member of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP). Mr. Neequaye recently resigned as the president of the Ghana Boxing Authority, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. As an astute politician and sports administrator, he served diligently during his tenure at the boxing authority.
The NEIP is a government initiative aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Ghana. The program provides support to startups and entrepreneurs, offering funding, training, and mentorship to help them grow their businesses.
With a 9-member board chaired by Owusu Nkrumah Ababio, the NEIP is tasked with ensuring the smooth implementation of its various programs. The board, which includes notable figures such as Eric Adjei, Ewurabena Aubynn, Dr. Crispin Wienna, Dr. Beatrice Tsotso Adom, Elizabeth Ofosu Mensah, Katherine Oduro, and Hon. Dickson Kyere-Duah (MP), will play a crucial role in driving the program’s success.
Mr. Eric Adjei serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the NEIP, providing leadership and direction to the program.
