A 26-year-old Ghanaian teacher, identified as Rita, has revealed a horrifying incident in which her kidney was stolen during a trip to Singapore. Rita, who met a man known as “King” at her church, had believed she found love when King proposed a vacation. However, the trip turned into a nightmare when she woke up in a Singapore hospital with one kidney missing.

According to Rita, King had shown her nothing but respect throughout their relationship, refusing physical intimacy and even getting tested for sexually transmitted diseases before they became close. Their relationship seemed genuine, with King spending lavishly on their Dubai and Singapore trips. But after a romantic evening in Singapore, Rita was drugged, and her kidney was surgically removed without her consent.

Rita suspects that King may have needed the kidney for a family member, though he has since disappeared without a trace. She returned to Ghana devastated, both physically and emotionally. Rita now warns others to be cautious of such schemes, especially those initiated in seemingly trustworthy environments like churches.
