As part of his re-election bid, Mahadi outlined his plans to:
Reestablish International Collaborations: Enhance capacity building through partnerships with international organizations.
Encourage Diplomatic Partnerships: Revive partnerships, such as with the Spanish Embassy, to promote sports development.
Develop Sports Infrastructure: Construct a modern indoor sports emporium in Amasaman to reduce rental costs and host continental events.
Mahadi expressed his appreciation for the outgoing GOC President’s decision not to seek re-election, paving the way for unity in advancing Ghanaian sports. He wished the sports fraternity happiness, unity, peace, and prosperity, emphasizing the need for renewed commitment to sports development.
