Former President John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called on Ghanaians to vote for the NDC in the upcoming 2024 general elections. In his latest appeal, Mahama emphasized that an NDC victory is crucial for building the Ghana that its people desire.
In a post on his X platform, Mahama announced an energized health walk slated for Saturday, July 20, in Accra. “Accra, are you ready? It is time for us to rise and march towards our liberation,” he declared. The event, dubbed the “Get FIT & READY Mahama Walk,” is designed to kickstart the Mahama 2024 campaign in earnest.
The health walk will commence at 7:00 am from Kpogas Furniture on the Spintex Road and proceed through the Ecobank traffic light to the Nungua Town Park. Mahama urged supporters to “gear up and show up,” as the walk symbolizes the campaign’s official shift into high gear.
“Join us; let’s reset Ghana. Building the Ghana we want together,” Mahama appealed, underscoring his vision for a new direction for the nation. The walk is expected to draw a significant crowd, signaling robust support for Mahama and the NDC as they gear up for the 2024 elections.
