Ghanaian actor Nana Yeboah has revealed a terrifying encounter where he narrowly escaped being poisoned by one of his closest friends. In an emotional interview with Emelia Brobbey, the Kumawood star recounted how the friend tampered with a drink in his home, nearly ending his life.
“There was this one time my friend came to visit me at my house,” Yeboah began. “He went into my storage area, picked a drink, and laced it with a substance. At first, I didn’t notice anything unusual.”
Yeboah explained that his suspicions arose when he offered to share one of the drinks from the same box. “I poured the drink into a glass and noticed it was unusually foamy, and the box was swelling. That’s when I realized something was wrong,” he said. Acting on instinct, he disposed of the drink immediately.
The actor later confronted his friend, who had been a regular visitor in his absence of family, as his partner and children live in Obuasi. “I called him and asked if he
