The National Sales Academy is set to empower sales potentials in Ghana, according to Mr. Michael Abbiw, CEO of MGA Consulting Limited.

He made the disclosure during the first day of the 2-day maiden National Sales Leaders Conference in Accra on Wednesday, 14th August, 2024.

The establishment of the National Sales Academy aims to provide training and development programs for sales professionals, enabling them to enhance their skills and knowledge. The initiative is expected to boost the sales industry in Ghana, leading to increased productivity and economic growth.

Mr. Abbiw emphasized the importance of sales in driving business growth, stating, “Sales is the lifeblood of any business, and it’s essential we invest in developing the skills of our sales teams to drive revenue and growth.” 

He believes that the National Sales Academy will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

Mr. Michael Abbiw again noted that the establishment of the National Sales Academy is a significant step towards enhancing the sales industry in Ghana.

“By investing in our sales professionals, we are investing in the future of our businesses and the economy as a whole. I am excited to see the impact that the National Sales Academy will have on the sales industry in Ghana,” he said.

The ongoing 2-day National Sales Leaders Conference, theme ” Sales Unleashed: The Role of Sals in Sustained Organizational Revenue Growth and Economic Development”, brought together sales professionals and leaders from various industries to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices.

The conference featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions, providing a platform for sales professionals to learn and grow.
