Nominations have officially opened for the 2025 edition of the Ghana Business and Heroes Awards, an initiative designed to celebrate outstanding entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and innovators contributing to Ghana’s economic growth and sustainable development.
Organized by Smivic Communications Limited, the awards seek to recognize excellence across various sectors of the Ghanaian economy, including finance, manufacturing, technology, health, education, and entrepreneurship. The platform also honors individuals and organizations demonstrating visionary leadership, innovation, and corporate responsibility.
Speaking at the launch, Ms. Victoria Akosua Amankwaa, CEO of Smivic Communications, emphasized that the 2025 edition will focus on celebrating business heroes who continue to make significant contributions despite economic challenges.
“Our goal is to highlight the people and institutions driving transformation through business leadership and innovation. The awards serve as a motivation to inspire others to build sustainable enterprises that support national development,” she stated.
The nomination process is open to businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals aged between 30 and 60 years who have shown exceptional performance and impact in their respective fields. The Ghana Business and Heroes Awards also provides a networking platform for top executives, policymakers, and investors to discuss business innovation and leadership excellence. The event is scheduled to take place later this year, with dates and venue to be announced soon.
