“Experience the African Dream” to ignite euphoria for March 2024 tournament.

The 13th African Games, scheduled to be hosted in Ghana, received an official theme song titled “Experience the African Dream.” Launched by the Local Organising Committee at the World Trade Centre in Accra, the theme song aims to capture the essence of the tournament and generate excitement among participants and spectators alike.

The launch event, attended by heads of sporting associations, officials from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Sports Authority, and Dr. Kwaku Ofosu-Asare, the Executive Chairman of the Local Organising Committee, marked a significant milestone in the preparations for the 13th African Games.

Composed by forty-three-year-old Ghanaian musician and songwriter Ebenezer Crassie, with contributions from Bessa Simons, President of the Musicians Union of Ghana, the theme song is expected to play a vital role in creating an electrifying atmosphere for the tournament. Dr. Kwaku Ofosu-Asare emphasized the importance of the theme song, describing it as the soul of the African Games and urging the media to provide extensive coverage to promote it across various platforms.

The 13th African Games are scheduled to take place from March 8th to March 23rd, 2024, and the launch of the official theme song adds a musical dimension to the anticipation surrounding the event.
