Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder of True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries (Grace Chapel), has firmly stated that he does not exploit doom prophecies for the sake of fame, asserting that he shares only what he genuinely hears from the divine.
In a recent panel discussion on UTV’s United Showbiz centered on false prophecies, Prophet Gaisie expressed his exasperation at the persistent rumors suggesting that he leverages these prophecies for self-promotion. He vehemently refuted such claims, attributing his prominence solely to the spiritual gift bestowed upon him by God.
“It is a gift God has blessed me with. When I see something, I say it,” the respected prophet asserted. His media presence spanning over 14 years on radio and television platforms, he argued, precludes any insinuation that he relies on doom prophecies to garner popularity. “It will be wrong for anyone to assume that I’m riding on doom prophecies just to be popular or attach it to my popularity now,” he clarified.
Prophet Gaisie also voiced his concern about a prevailing phenomenon where Ghanaians often downplay prophecies originating within their own nation, yet hold foreign prophets in high regard. “If there is a prophecy from Ghana, we do not value it, but when it is from another prophet from a different country, we pay attention to it,” he observed, lamenting the lack of appreciation for local spiritual insights.
Furthermore, the prophet disclosed his frustration regarding a disrespectful statement made by one of the panellists during the show. This recurrent lack of respect has led him to reconsider his participation in media interviews. “In the name of speaking my mind, people disrespect you by saying anything and talking anyhow to you,” he shared, emphasizing the importance of maintaining decorum and respect in public discourse.
In conclusion, Prophet Nigel Gaisie’s unwavering commitment to his prophetic calling and his dedication to sharing divine messages stand as a testament to his authenticity in the spiritual realm. He remains resolute in his mission to serve as a conduit for God’s revelations, dispelling any misconceptions that may surround his intentions or motivations.
