“The superstar life it’s something similar to drug, it’s addictive”

During an interview with Jay Bhad on the Rush Hour show, he was asked a series of questions that were related to his rise to fame and the challenges he faced along the way. He mentioned that managing money wisely was crucial in order to avoid falling into the trap of financial instability like many other musicians do.

The presenter started with a statement saying that most of the time, musicians become popular, but at the end of the day, they come out broke and say they have nothing. Jay Bhad agreed with the presenter’s statement, emphasizing that financial literacy is often overlooked in the music industry. He explained that many musicians focus solely on their craft and neglect the importance of understanding how to manage their earnings effectively.

“People used to thing more about the fame, so they rushed to sign some deals, at the end of the day your hard work’s money ends up in someone’s pocket,”

“The world is moving forward and things are changing..”. He also boasted about the fact that he has rights to his own masters in that context he added, “if I go to sleep and don’t wake up again, everything is for my kids”

He ended by shedding some light on The Youth Concert, which is happening at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on the 22nd December this year.
