The prestigious Cheetah Cup 2024 is just around the corner, and this year’s edition is shaping up to be one of the most exciting.

The tournament, which takes place in Senya Beraku from August 18th to 25th, will feature 16 top-notch clubs from 9 African countries, including Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, and Niger.

In a thrilling development, Accra Hearts of Oak, one of Ghana’s most successful and beloved clubs, will be participating in the tournament through their U-17 team, Royal Oak FC. 

The 2000 CAF Champions League winners will be looking to make a significant impact at the grassroots level, rekindling the famous “Phobian spirit” as they face off against top clubs from Ghana and beyond.

The Cheetah Cup, introduced by the founder Mr. Abdul Hayye Yartey, aims to provide a premier platform for Africa’s best youth clubs to compete and showcase their talents. 

This year’s tournament promises to be an unforgettable experience, with some of the continent’s most promising young players set to take the field.
