An Internet Problem Restricting Clients to Make Purchase.

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has issued an apology to its customers and the general public for challenges in vending and purchasing electricity credits caused by disruptions in internet connectivity.

In a press release dated March 17, ECG stated, “The current interruptions in internet service provision have resulted in challenges with vending and purchasing of electricity credits.” The company assured customers that they are engaging with their service providers and metering vendors to resolve the issue.

“We wish to apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure our cherished customers of our continued efforts in providing them with reliable service,” the release added.
