A key highlight of the MoU is the creation of a dedicated and well-trained volunteer workforce to enhance STEM education in both schools and community settings. Through this initiative, InovTech STEM Center will provide specialized training for volunteers, equipping them with the necessary skills to engage students and educators effectively.

The agreement also establishes a framework for executing high-impact collaborative projects, combining SACOST-UEW’s academic strength with InovTech STEM Center’s practical, solution-driven innovations. With a strong focus on research-driven and community-centered initiatives, this collaboration aims to produce scalable STEM education models that can be adopted nationwide. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and experiential learning, InovTech STEM Center is positioning itself as a trailblazer in the educational landscape.

Stakeholders at the signing ceremony expressed confidence that the partnership will significantly enhance students’ skill sets, making them more competitive in the global job market. A major pillar of the collaboration will be sourcing grants and investments to fund transformative projects that address local and national challenges.

By ensuring that STEM education is not only theoretical but also applicable to real-world problem-solving, InovTech STEM Center is reinforcing its commitment to shaping the future of Ghana’s workforce. As this partnership takes effect immediately, several initiatives are already in the pipeline, promising impactful interventions in local communities and educational institutions.
